Context 11 is led by Tracey O’Brien, a nationally respected Change and Communications Executive known for delivering strategic transformation across some of the most complex and politically challenging environments across the Australian Public Service.
As Managing Director of Context 11, Tracey brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience, with a career spanning operational reform, national security, digital capability uplift, policy and enterprise-wide change.
Her expertise is grounded in a strong academic foundation, holding a degree in Communications (Public Relations and Journalism) and postgraduate studies in Innovation - backed by PROSCI certification in change management.
As a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a professional member of the Change Management Institute, this reflects her commitment to high standards of governance, strategy, and professional practice.
